Bay State Baseball Tournament of Champions provides youth premier baseball activities for boys and girls ages 8-12. Bay State Baseball is a not-for-profit organization that has been in existence since 1982. The Bay State Baseball Tournament of Champions Scholarship fund was established by the board of directors in 2011.
Scholarship Amounts
Bay State Baseball Tournament of Champions board of directors is pleased to award a single $1000 scholarship per year. The scholarship is a one-time award.
Eligibility Requirements
The applicant must be a graduating senior of an accredited public, private, parochial, vocational or charter high school who has been accepted to an accredited institution of higher learning or accredited vocational training program, and who has been a participant of the Bay State Baseball Tournament of Champions. The application must be able to demonstrate his/her participation in school sanctioned extracurricular activities and/or community service.
Application Process
This application, found on-line at the Bay State Baseball website (www.baystatebaseball.com), must be used. The applicant must provide the following documents and information in a single envelope. Please place the applicant's name on each page and document. Completed applications must be postmarked or emailed by
August 1, 2024.

- Copy of acceptance letter from accredited institution of higher education or vocational training program
Criteria for Awarding Scholarship
Scholarships will be awarded on a basis of academic performance, community service, and participation in Bay State Baseball Tournament of Champions. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Bay State Baseball does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national or ethnic origin in the administration of the scholarship program. Applications will be evaluated by the scholarship subcommittee of the board of directors. Final decisions will be made by the Bay State Baseball board of directors.
